The 54th Deadline: Regardless of failure or success, you learn. Life grants people so many chances to get it right.
“Stay true to yourself, yet always be open to learn. Work hard, and never give up on your dreams, even when nobody else believes they can come true but you. These are not cliches but real tools you need no matter what you do in life to stay focused on your path.” – Phillip Sweet
Sticking with life’s journey is difficult. There are always so many distractions and roadblocks along the way that mess up the course. Rarely ever, it seems like life does not pan out just perfectly. Get from Point A to Point B. Without a hitch. Nothing to mess up the plan. But something always messes up the plan. However, it all boils down to how you address obstacles that do occur when they happen to appear.
The universe is cruel in this way. Its cryptic qualities shroud the journey with lots of ambiguous, unpredictable elements.
It is no surprise why so many people just give up eventually.
But I cannot do so. Not like this. Not after making it this far.
There are too many parts about this journey that suck. I wish I did not have to put up with so much. At the same time, I have to keep emphasizing and reminding to myself to hang in there, no matter how annoying or frustrating everything feels.
Life has tested me.
Life has challenged me.
I keep trying and trying. This path is so hard.
I have to throw everything at the wall and hope something sticks.
This path I am on is a bumpy one, but the destination, in the end anyway, should be entirely worth all of the heartache and despair.
I just have to go on, and only then can I achieve my dreams. Life’s journey is all or nothing.
“Hope is my catalyst.” – Nhan Pham
